Indications 主治
Faecal softener with peristaltic stimulant. 糞便柔軟劑；大腸蠕動促進劑。
Other Indications 本品也可以在以下情況下使用:
Management of constipation for either prophylaxis, in patients who should not strain during defaecation, e.g. those with haemorrhoids, hernias, fissures or perianal abscesses, episiotomy wounds, or postmyocardial infarction; or treatment for the short-term relief of constipation, including the constipation of pregnancy/postpartum, or to soften the impacted faeces of severe constipation. 預防便秘：針對患有痔瘡，疝氣，裂縫或肛周膿腫，會陰側切傷口患者；或心肌梗塞後預防便秘；或短期緩解便秘，包括妊娠/產後便秘，或軟化嚴重便秘糞便等。
Dosage 用法與用量
Adults: 1-2 tablets at night. Increase up to 4 tablets if required. Drink plenty of water & increase fibre in the diet. 成人：1-2粒,晚上服用（一般第二天早晨即可見效，見效時間６－１２小時）。如果需要的話，可以提高到4片。服用本產品是，需要喝大量的水，並且增加飲食中的纖維。
Storage & Disposal 貯存及處置
Below 30°C. Protect from light. 低於30°C。避光。
Warnings 警告
Consult your doctor if constipation persists. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable & may lead to dependence.如果便秘持續，請咨詢您的醫生。長期使用瀉藥是不可取的，可能導致依賴性。
Contraindications 禁忌
Abdominal cramps, colic, nausea, vomiting or other symptoms of appendicitis; intestinal obstruction or abdominal pain of unknown cause 腹部痙攣，絞痛，惡心，嘔吐等症狀闌尾炎，腸梗阻或腹部疼痛原因不明
Constipation is common during pregnancy as well as post-birth, when your body is using much more water for breastfeeding.
If increasing your fibre and fluid does not help you can use 1-2 tablets of coloxyl & senna daily. Coloxyl helps to soften faeces and senna stimulates the contractions of your intestine. Coloxyl & senna is a category A drug and is safe to take at any time during pregnancy, but always check with the pharmacist before taking anything during pregnancy, in case it interacts with any other medications you’re taking or if there are any other health conditions involved.

不過如果不是很嚴重，真的不建議依賴這種藥物，每天多吃高纖維的食物，多吃香蕉，喝酸奶。。都是很不錯的選擇。
這個藥片最關鍵的是要多喝水，吃完以後一定要大量喝水，才能起到作用，還有就是不要與其他藥物混吃，以免發生不好的影響。。孕婦和人工哺乳服用前請咨詢下醫生。
一般成人，中老年人適用。
小孩12歲以上的才能服用。
晚上睡覺前服1-2片，一天最多服4片
