General Information
Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium contains a premium quality magnesium to help support healthy muscle function, help reduce premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms and support general health and wellbeing.
Swisse Ultiboost Magnesium contains a premium and bioavailable form of magnesium (citrate) which helps increase absorption. Magnesium concentration may be lower in women with PMS.
Supplementing with magnesium may help reduce PMS symptoms such as stress, water retention and pain.

Directions
ADULT DOSAGE:
General: One tablet daily.
Premenstrual symptoms: Three tablets daily. During or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
